Shipping Notes

Unless special circumstances arise, orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after we receive the orders. Individual orders may be delayed due to temporary shortages. All orders are shipped out via UPS USPS or FedEx.

TIPS:

1. We provide free shipping services, delivery time 5-7 Business days.

2. Orders cannot be canceled when it has been shipped.

3. Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to the customer once the order is shipped.

4. Please make sure to provide your correct shipping address when placing your order, orders can only be shipped to the address provided to us and no changes can be made once the order has been processed and shipped.

5. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States（excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam）.

6. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Return Procedure

1. Contact the customer service supporter of Roadstarmall, explaining why you want to return the products. ( Provide us with related videos or photos if you think it is an unsatisfactory product.)

2. Our customer service supporter will send RL to your email.

3. Print the return label（RL）out and send back the original package within 30 days. Otherwise, the RL will become invalid.

4. Roadstarmall will process the refund in 2 days. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive the refund from the bank.
